99 Escalade Power door locks

I need a little advise, my wifes 99 Escalade power door locks will not function properly. If they are unlocked, and you hit the "lock", they will move about halfway down and stop. If they are locked, and you hit the "unlock" button, they wiggle a little, but thats about it. I thought they were just sticky, and needed some lube.

 

I pulled the right door panel off and used spray lithium grease to lube all moving parts. No difference. Now I am questioning the accuators, it just seems odd that both the fronts would malfunction at the same time.

 

Could it be a bad ground or something?, do both doors share a common ground?

I have a similar problem on my truck but 3 of mine dont work and the driverside does. but can't explain why theyre not working either although the passenger side works when it is really cold other than that it moves halfway like yours. I need help also
