Get the codes, ALWAYS get the codes. there is no place else to start.

I have a WAIT4ME tune also. It took me over 6 months to finally have the code set for crank position. I don't recall the number maybe 305 and it is a code you CAN NOT reset it needs a TechII to reset it. But as ken1mod said if you don't get the code you won't know what's going on. Free at Autozone I believe.

If you bought a Computer from Jesse than you need to have the Crank relearn done.I found a shop near by that had a genius type scan tool/programer deal,5 min.and 30 bucks later I was gone.I didn't want the dealer to do it,still has warrenty left.

P0315... :banghead:

FWIW--I got lucky with the first five PCMs (not including the original stock one) I've received, as far as not getting a P0315 out of any of them...then the sixth one finally threw one. Lucky for me, the person I dealt with was cool enough to let me send back the PCM I had been using previously (which of course was code-free) so that he could put the tune on it instead--at no charge...thus saving me a trip (and a possible red flag in my online vehicle history log) to the dealer for a case relearn.

That's odd... I have a Wester's Tune and changed my battery last week and I don't have any odd codes or any learning curve?

Odd.

I don't see how the SES light coming on after changing a battery has anything to do with a custom tuned PCM that had no previous problems before the new battery was installed.

Did you jump start the truck when the battery went dead?
