There are a number of colors that GM doesn't advertise in its sales brocures that are available for institutional buyers, like county road commissions, fleets of service vehicles, etc. There are a few yellows, a few oranges, and a boring tree hugger green. Most if not all have no metalflake in the paint.

 

I considered ordering an orange 2500HD when I bought my truck. But I chickened out and bought one out of dealer inventory.

 

Take those RWL tires off (or turn them around to make them blackwalls), crank the torsion bars about an inch, and you'd have the look I was after.
