2007 Tahoe headlights

I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the bulbs in the new 2007 Tahoe. I am trying to put HID bulbs in and I can't figure out how to get into the headlights. Please help the dealership can't even help me right now.

how strange that it doesnt show you in your manual.. i just bought an 06 tahoe z71 (because of the rebates, and it seems bigger) and put an HID system in my headlights. the manual described how to do it, but i pretty much figured it out just by looking at the headlight assembly..

 

i installed HIDs for somebody with an 06' HHR, and you had to remove part of the body panel to get to the headlight.. id imagine you have to do the same thing with the tahoe.. i'll take a closer look next time I'm at the dealership doing an install..

I just bought the 07 Denali and was wondering the same thing . i looked under the hood and it looks like i would have to remove some parts behind the lights to get to the bulbs . anyone know where i can get a good HID kit ?

I have installed about 12 sets from visionbulbs.com and have no problems. The only issue was on a buddy's 02 Dodge with a bulb warning system which came on because HID's have lower amp draw than normal lights. I have been ordering the 4300k sets (pure white) to attract less attention from the authorities.

4300k and D2r bulbs are the only way to go with a reflective lens set up.
