Updating the grille and headlamps to an `06-`07

I`ve seen the new look, and was wondering what all may be involved in replacing these 3 items on my `04 TB. They look appropriate now, and may try this, but just pondering now. Can anyone shed some light?

The grille is easy, the headlamps on the other hand are a complete housing, what are you thinking about for the headlamps? Just bulbs?

I know how it is assemled. I was wondering if those three to four parts is all I need to do the swap. The new grille does not go over the headlamps at all, so it will take two new headlamps. Should be plug n play i hope.
