05 Silverado Upgrade ??

My 05 Silverado Regular Cab has the factory AM/Fm/CD unit. I would like to upgrade to a OEM or After Market AM/Fm/CD/MP3/SAT unit.

 

Any help on whats available would be appreciated.

Check out my setup. I put a cb and a Pioneer CD/MP3/WMA/XM in place of the inferior GM stock radio...click on View Vehicles under my name on the left side of the screen.
