passenger side mirror

I know that the purpose of the passenger side convex mirror is to allow the driver to see objects over a wider area. I was taught to use my neck and turn my head to look. I guess that might be too much exercise for some. But really what I would like to find is a replacement mirror without the convex issue. I pull a travel trailer with my Z71 and it is difficult to judge distances on the passenger side when backing up. Does anyone have a lead where to look. I have done many searches with no results. If I do find the mirror how hard is it to remove just the convex mirror and replace it with the flat mirror? Thanks in advance for the input.

Big mistake, I have driven these vehicles for years and the convex is important, with or without trailer. You can still bend your neck but the blindspot is almost non existent with the convex. they take a bit of getting used to but you will find it is worth the trouble. I want a convex on the left side too, I use a stick on there.
