Squeaky Noise

 I bought my truck (2005 GMC Sierra) brand new.... Now with around 14,000 miles I am starting to get a little irritated about the noises it is making. It seems that the rear doors (ext cab) are squeaking... Im guessing that it has something to do with the weatherstripping or door panel... Everytime I hit a bump, it squeaks... Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if so what they had done to correct it? I plan on taking it to the dealer, because it should be covered under warranty, but if it something extremely simple like lubricating the rubber, then I would do it myself...

Anyone else have this problem???

I have a 2003 Sierra Z71, and have a similar squeak. Mine turned out to be the back seat. My dealer takes it out, lubricates, and then re-hangs it about once a year. Are you sure it's your doors?

hey, i've had this problem too. i found it was the window seals on my windows!!! there are tons of things it could be coming from, but this was my problem. every little bump was a little squeek! drove me nuts....

anyway, open your windows and lube your rubber seal with some silicone lubricant. that should fix it!
