Big ups to the gm-trucks.com moderators and owners for creating this forum. I just bought a 2001 Sierra 1500 (5300 auto) with 24,000 miles. Thanks to gas prices, the dealer gave me WAY too much in trade for my MX-6, so here I am with a truck that so far I'm in love with.

 

I hope to learn as much from you guys as I did from the folks at mx6.com. I'll miss them, but from the look of things here, I think I've found a new family.

That and all of the other replies are exactly what I'm talking about. Good peoples here. I almost can't wait until I have questions for you guys.. Or even better.. Until I know enough of the 5300 specific stuff to answer them.
