Aux cooler fitting size

Recommended Posts

Hello, enthusiasts. I have a dilemma, i want to add a aux cooler to my truck and I want to keep the factory aux cooler. Does anyone know what size threaded fittings are into the aux cooler. I want to run a additional cooler in series with the factory aux cooler...

That would be a waste of money and overkill ( in my opnion).  Not to mention depending on where you put it, it could impeade air flow through the radaitor.

Dude, wast of money?? If I can lower my tranny temp 20* I'll never have any trouble with it. I believe $50 is cheap insurance, preventive measures. Also I just asked for fitting size...

No insult intended, just adding my opnion.  If adding multiple or bigger coolers would be of any value, they would be the size of the radaitor.........................

Just my thought.

This is kinda what I wanta do Addition of a transmissiom cooler I see the fitting is a snap in type, got the info. I need... :D This additional cooler in series with factory cooler did just what I want -20*. But I'm going to keep the additional cooler off the condenser as much as possible, air flow thru the radiator should stay the same...
