Fender Bender...Fix it? HELP

Hey guys....Well the worst of worst happen today....I was pulling out of a parking spot and drilled into the side of the panel van. Of course the Panel van has a huge dent in the side and my front right bumper has almost nothing on it HAHA....Except the whole bumper seems to be bent down? I am assuming that this is some kind of break point that is designed to do that to save your vehicle and have some give. How do i fix this and how much should i look at for cost wise. I have seen many silverado bumpers hung like this after a fender bender so i know it is pretty common. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

When I hit a deer with my old Exploder, the bumber got bent down a bit.

I was able to just loosen the bolts, line it back up, and retighten everything.

Looked like nothing happened to it.
