Tahoe Alarm Sensor Add-on

I have the normal factory alarm, but it doesnt have (as far as I know) a shock sensor.

I would like to tap into the factory trigger with an add-on shock sensor. This will give me added protection against window breakage, etc...

Does anyone have an idea of where to tap into the factory electronics, or has anyone done this before?

I did this same thing on my Corvette, but was only able to do so after reading about it in the corvetteforum.

Any ideas??
