Long drive comfort in a 1500

that will take a day. Has anyone taken a '05 1500 CC SB out that long and can still feel their legs and back afterwards?

My truck is a 2002 YukonXL, so slightly different but probably not much of a different ride.

I live in Ottawa, Ontario and have driven my truck to Miami (2004, 27 hrs), Calgary Alberta (2005, 36hrs) and the Newfoundland (2002, 2003, 25hrs). (times are for each way).

No issues with comfort. But you gotta like sitting in your truck! ;)

My '02 was the most comfortable road trip vehicle I've ever hit the road in by a LONG shot.

These trucks are crusing machines. I think you'll be very happy at the end of a long drive.

I make 400 mile-6 hour trips back-and-forth all the time from Pa. to North Carolina,Very comfortable great riding trucks!

I always tell people that these are great "Traveling Trucks"

Bah that turnpike is nothing tame as can be, hell you don't even have to put up with 18 wheelers hogging up the road on that highway.Go take a stroll thru Boston if you want to raise your blood pressure, driving in and around that city is a freaking nightmare!And as far as the comfort of these seats, they are like two lazy boy recliners, by far the most comfortable highway cruising vehicle Ive ever owned.

Try San Antonio or Houston traffic...i swear the worlds worst drivers all live there.
