06 Yukon Denali

Just bought a barely used '06 Yukon Denali just last week. The used car dealer said the color was "Tan," but it's actually silver. It does look sorta tan in some lighting conditions though... I think GM calls it "Silver Birch Metallic." Either way, I love it.

 

It's got 7k miles and of course, fully loaded (Nav, Sunroof, 20" Wheels, Rear DVD) And thought I'd just share a few pictures.

Nice ride. It must have broke someones (or the bank's) heart to sell that with 7000 miles. Love that interior.

I've decided to hold off on mods for this particular vehicle. I actually sold my '00 Z71 Tahoe and '00 Grand Prix GTP, both very moded, so I could buy a newer vehicle with a warranty (good for 96k miles / 2012) and wouldn't feel like throwing more $$$ at it to keep it interesting.

 

... at least that's the "plan."

 

Always wanted a Yukon Denali, so I got one, and of course, I love it just as it sits now. But I do see some new Michelin LTX tires in it's very near future. These OE goodyear tires are crap.

the GTP has gotta be fun too, I had a Regal GS that I modded the crap out of - I still miss it, (except for the tranny reapirs after the cam....). but they sure are fun to play with.
