No head or fog lights on driver side!!!

i have a 2003 2500ld silverado and when i went to start it up this morning i turned the fog lights on and the driverside headlight and foglight went out!! the brights still work on both sides, i checked all fuses, which were all good, so im thinking mabye a headlight switch????? the only lightng mods i have made is a relay which allows the low beams to stay on when the hi's are on, and i put all silverstar lights in all the bulbs including the fogs which i put hi's in, all this was done about a year ago and has always worked fine. Any help with this will be great as for electrical problems usually turn into quite the maze on these newer trucks! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would suggest a short in the wiring someplace, since IIRC the fog lamps and the low beams are on the same circuit. Does the driver's low beam come back on when you shut off the fog lamps? Or is it gone completely?

95 Sierra, both drivers side lights are gone completly only the running light and hi beam work on that side
