I live in Texas so I get a lot of flack for bein' a Pats fan. We didn't have a team here for the longest time (Houston) and after playin' with the Patriots a lot with GameDay 98 I kinda got used to em. So I get to say I started watchin' em Pete Carroll era. I still get crap but its all good.

Niners fan , sucks to be me <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It's not so much a great running game, it's the lack of a passing game this year compared to years past. Plus they havn't played a team yet thats in the top 16 in Rush D. Of course since it's only week 4, that isn't saying much since there isn't really a true avg. set for any stat.

Cincy, or Colt's vs. Da Bears or the winner of the NFC East.
RyanbabZ71 Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 Da Bears! Finally after watching the cubs finish in dead last we have something to cheer about! Their D and offense is unstoppable. I live in Indy, I think indy is in trouble they score a ton but give up a ton too Ryan
Scyry Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 How Bout Em?!? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> One week and you forget the Denver game? They'll do fine unless they cross paths with Denver again...
Dana_15 Posted October 2, 2006 Posted October 2, 2006 best running game? have you seen Atlanta play? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I never said they have the best running game, just one of the best. Denver always beats up on the Pats. Denver stacks the run and covers man to man very effectively and sticks a linebacker and a safety on anyone over the middle (TE's usually). Not too many teams have two corners that can effectively cover man to man, but Denver does. Cincy shouldn't be too upset, they have a good team and a good coach, they just had an off day, the O line didn't show up to play. Pats are good, but they really need a deep threat with decent hands (Deion Branch?) too open their game up, but having two stud running backs doesn't hurt. Bears look pretty good, they beat the hell out of Seattle, Atlanta is pretty good also. The Colts can't win the big game, Peyton Manning is a great QB, but always comes up short in the end. Last year was their year, they should have beaten Pittsburg, and we all know what happens when they face the Pats in the playoffs!! This is the ring right here http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-ENGLAND-PATRIOTS-T...5QQcmdZViewItem My "real" ring was getting hammered at work so I picked this one up, its awesome! Titanium is MUCH harder than gold or steel for that matter and is very light and has taken some serious abuse the past few years and still looks new.
Dana_15 Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 Here's to them beating the hell out of the Jets Baltimore and SD look pretty good in the AFC....actually Indy is still scary and KC could get lucky. Can't wait till Saturday!

Can't wait till Saturday! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Heck yea man, Go Patriots! I dunno about KC getting lucky. Personally I Think they can just straight up beat the Colts. Indy hasn't been able to stop a good ground game all year long and KC does that very well. AFC is gonna be a tough race. Go ahead and mail Chicago the NFC trophy.
Dana_15 Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Go ahead and mail Chicago the NFC trophy. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Probabley.....but Grossman is just plain AWFUL. I think against Green Bay (with Chicagos regulars in) he went 2 for 12 with 3 interceptions in the half. When they played the Patriots, their defense is excellent and can cover like glue, but the QB has some bad decision making. Phildelphia has a decent shot also.
shorepatrol2 Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 mike brown there stud safety is out as well as both of there best D lineman . Oh , and rex is there QB , that = bounced in there first game. Pats do have a good shot though if KC can get by Indy. Remember Indy beat the Pats in NE this year. Good luck to everyone
