Installing Cat Back and Cut Out

those 2 things are most likely what i am going to buy. I would like to do the install myself which means it has to be bolt on. what exactly would be involved in doing this? i am only doing one cut out so it would have to be after the two cats are connected by piping (the Y pipe?) can i expect everything to bolt right up?
