Nav swap into an 07 Denali

Has anyone tried swapping a nav unit into an 07 Denali? I was wondering as I'm starting to see the nav units available on EBay...

I am wondering the same thing too since Nav wasn't an option for the classic Sierra's in 07 Can I swap out one from an 05/06? Otherwise, prolly just get an aftermarket HU with flip up screen and watch movies when not using the nav!

A nav from a previous year won't work for a multiple of reasons, mounting, plugs, data link. We have been buying GM nav's from a company in Florida and installing them in the new bodystyle. Depending on what you are doing exactly, you may need the programming in the BCM changed to get sound(something the dealer will have to do unless you have access to a Tech2). You can go aftermarket if you don't have a factory DVD...
