Camper mirrors

Are these the same ones that GM puts on as OEM equipment? --> Camping mirrors

Just as a followup.

I bought a set (heated, power extend, turn sigs, etc.).

They look as good or better than OEM in terms of quality. Main structure is cast metal, not plastic. Good workmanship throughout.

Installation instructions very well written. Installation took less than an hour for both.

Needed to have dealer reflash the BCM so truck would recognize the new mirrors.

Wish the passenger side mirror were convex, as the flat mirror contributes to a 'blind spot' on that side.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

I have the stock power extending camper mirrors. Since new, the passenger side often sticks closed. I have to give it a yank and then it extends again. If you have this problem too, I think I just discovered a trick!! After retracting all the way, extend them just a little. It hasn't stuck since.

Ditto when extending all the way, just retract a little.
