Yep, replace the pads with ceramics. The semi-metallic pads from the factory will squeal. DON'T TURN THE ROTORS!

Your truck is under warrenty take it back you paid for it. Plus its a tracking device when you bring it in for warrenty.

A quick way to get rid of the squeal is to spreade some antisquealing paste on the back of the pads. Auto zone sells this stuff for about $ 1/packet.
