bahnss Posted December 21, 2006 Posted December 21, 2006 1999 Silverado LT 103000 miles. I purchased the truck used ~ 4 years ago. Ever since I have had issues with the memory seats. When I push either button 1 or 2 the seat will normally move backwards ~ 1/4" and stop. every time you push the memory button the seat will move backwards in small increments. some days the seat works fine. Is there a eye under the seat that gets dirty? (I found a service bulletin for my wifes mdx stating a dirty eye under the seat couldcause seat issues). Also in 1999 is the only way to control the seat is by the buttons above the armrest ot should the fobs also control seat position? Also, do the fobs or seat buttons control any other functions? Thanks Bahnss
