2007 1500 LT Suburban security alarm malfunction

Hello to all. Happy holidays to all. Hey I have the 2007 Suburban Lt. The alarm system about a week ago started showing signs of malfunction. Locking up the vehicle with the remote keyless transmitter would work fine but then after approximately 30 seconds of doing so the remote keyless transmitter would not respond. We have 2 of the keyless remote transmitter and both of them would not respond to the commands I would give it. Nothing would work with the transmitter. no unlock function. no remote start function. no rear door or rear window unlock or open function. the only way to get into the vehicle is with the key. once the vehicle is opened with the key then the remote keyless transmitter will operate. It will operate with the vehicle running. but once you leave the vehicle and lock it up with the remote keyless transmitter and approximately 30 seconds passes it completely dies. it will not respond to anything. the vehicle is currently at the GM dealership at this moment being inspection and trouble shooted for the problem. anyone have any information of this happening?
