lol, my grandfather said when he was younger he put a salt/pepper shaker lid on the end of his tailpipe. He said when he goosed the engine it would whistle like that. He eventually blew up the engine because of it though.

 

anyway about the video, how do you like that couple, lol, had to laugh at em!

Those things are about as stupid as the people getting them installed. I like how they almost rammed a parked car in the Caddy towards the end, that would have been funny.
