Coolant bypass on throttlebody

I saw something on ebay that bypasses the coolant going through the throttle body.Should that be bypassed?what will it harm or not?

on this site just go to Resources under tech articles they cover it...

Dont buy that kit when you can get what you need at your local auto parts store..

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
