You still have zerks on the steering linkage underneath. Can't remember the exact number but there's a few. Just start on one tire and work your way across to the other tire.

There are greasing zerks on upper and lower balljoints and steering components, such as Pitman and idler arm. Have not looked closely, but there may be some on the steering tie rod joints too.

I have an 04 4x4 and grease all 11 every oil change with synthetic grease. Just one or two pumps is usually all the ball joints need. Some of the other steering components take a few more.

If you don't already own a grease gun buy one that you can pump with one hand and hold the the hose against the zerk with the other. Pneumatic and cordless guns work great too.

It also makes it easier to replace a few of the zerks with 45° or 90° zerks. You will know which ones after you grease them once.

I strongly recommend a pistol grip grease gun with a flexible hose. It is much better than a lever type grease gun, because you can hold and pump the gun with one hand and use the other hand to hold the hose on the grease fitting so it does not slip off.

IMHO, greasing the chassis components at every oil change is an overkill, but I change oil every 3k miles. If you do it every 7.5 k miles, it should be OK.

I use Valvoline synthetic grease...every other oil change (10k). You can over grease the fittings and the synthetic grease lasts much longer. But my Yukon has no fittings on the tie rods or idler arm. I only have 7 fittings. :banghead:
