04 Suburban- PCM Removal?

I just pulled the PCM out of my 04 Suburban. What I'm wondering is how the hell you remove the plastic cover w/o breaking it? I spent probably 25 minutes trying to figure out how the remove the cover then said screw it and just broke it off!!

 

I'm sure there's some correct way to remove the dang thing!!

I got a PCM tune and swapped out my stock PCM, if you can send me your e-mail I can send you some info about it. Since it has pics in it the whole thing is like 10.5mb so I might have to send it to you in stages.
