07 Yukon wheels on a 99 Silverado?

Think they will fit? They are the same bolt pattern but not sure how wide they are. I have 16's now and the Yukon wheels are 17's. Here is why I ask. We have a Xterra that we are about to sell but it needs tires first. The tires on my Silverado have about half tread life left, way more than what the Xterra has now. Tires are freaking expensvile and I am freaking cheap. I just found a set of Yukon wheels and tires with only 4000 miles on them. They are the 17in 5 star pattern. I would like to take the tires off my truck, put them on th Xterra and then put the Yukon wheels and tires on my truck. Then I could either sell my set of factory wheels or keep them as winter wheels for when we move to upstate NY later this year. Any thoughts?

They'll fit - no problem. Check the outer diameter of your current tires and the replacements you're looking to buy (I use tirerack frequently to do just that). Ideally, you want them to be as close as possible (2 tenths or less). Anything more significant and you should look at a reprogramming to keep your speedo calibrated.
