Chris.

I just recently swapped out the clusters in my '01 S10, it is a straight plug and play...that being said a couple of caveats...make sure the engine and transmissions are a match for your truck, also make note of your odometer reading as the mileage is stored in the cluster not the ECM (like Ford), I went from 72,500 to 43,600 in about a 1/2 hour. You need to keep track so you can honestly disclose the mileage when you sell (Ohio has some stiff penalties, it is a felony) also in case your mileage jumps up :P .

Good Luck.

Mike.
