Wait4me Tune

Recommended Posts

Wondering if anyone knows if Wait4me will do a tune in person, I will be up in that area Tuesday and I am going to call Monday to see. Figured it would be quicker than waiting for one in the mail and I wouldn't have to hunt for a shop to do a crank relearn.

Also, what does everyone think of their tune?

I am thinking about this:

Reprogram speedo for 285/75/16 tires,

Remove some/most of the Torque Management,

Tune for 87 octane fuel,

Firm up the shifts some, but my truck isn't a race truck and I do pull a 7x16' landscaping trailer in the summer at times.

Any other thoughts or input?

Thanks!

I dont see why not.. If he wont, need to find another tuner.. You driving around while he tunes is a better way to get it more dialed in than the mail order..

Only way to know is to ask him. I just ordered one, and he is pretty busy right now. Programming is one thing, but spending the time with you is another thing. Time is money.
