Any lift that is a full drop NON spindle lift ...Imop it is just a better stronger system that does not depend on t/bar cranking top get the 6 inch lift ... NBS trucks Procomp is not only a real good kit but very well priced . .

I ahve put on several. Honestly I believe in Superlift equipment. They make good quality parts and they are very well priced. You can upgrade the shocks and they have good customer support. I think if I was goiong to put a lift on my NBS I would use them. I wouldnt use pro comp on a NBS because they require some cutting and they require a new driveshaft where superlift does not. Other than that I woul probably say skyjacker, again, on a NBS. On the pre '99 model no doubt superlift. I put on one and the line up shop said it was better than the factory setup. As far as late '99 to '07 classics I have no clue because I havent done much research on those kits. I had an '04 Z that was BA, w/ mud tires and torsions crunk.

I used what the shop recomended and they do mostly Pro Comp,I am VERY happy with the ride-Only thing is front tires hit back of fender sometimes (only in off road situations and hard turn reverse.-I was thinking about adding a 3" body.

So far im really happy with my pro comp 6 in lift. That with a 3 in body lift and the 36in iroks really make it look tuff.

A few points , A spindle lift from any company never needs a drive shaft because the front pumpkin only drops 4" or 4.5".. This means your axles are already at an angle right out of the box to get your full 6" lift .

Super lift can squeak quite a lot because there cross member is bolted together and they are a spindle lift which can also mean a wider track on the front tires compared to the back tires.

For 6" lifts the full drop pro comp is a welded design full pumpkin drop and retaining the front track width makes them a better kit and for cost there no more then any superlift 6" . . . To suggest sky jacker over pro comp is almost laughable and to even say superlift is a better kit when you are not comparing 2 like kits is also not a good comparison..

I much prefer a welded cross member , a fully dropped pumpkin and a new drive shaft on my truck then a squeaky bolted kit with steep axle shafts which depend on a key crank to hit 6" like the super lift does .

My Pro Comp required no cutting and no new drive shaft.I am probably going to add a leveling kit and add a leafs to get a couple more inches and then I will probably have to cut off a bracket thats not being used that the upper spindle arm might hit.

I went with Pro Comp mostly because of price. I don't like the wider front track though I seem to get more rock chips down my doors now. The ride is really good. One bad point the paint is already peeling off after 4 months.

Um - if your installer told you there was no cutting, he lied. There's several cuts - both to frame/mounts and the front diff case. I have the 6" ProComp on my '04 and love it. A replacement front driveshaft is not required, however at full droop there's not alot of spline left. Full power, with real mud tires and 1/2 of spline engaged = big bang. Pay the extra few hundred and do the longer shaft.
