Drop Or Raise Front End Of 07 Sierra Denali

hey guys

I have a 2007 sierra denali and i cant stand the lower front end, I have the stock 18 inch rims and I cant make up my mind to lift the front 2.5 inches or drop the rear to level the truck out. ANy one have any thoughts on which one, I personally like the taller height but not sure if it would be goofy with the stock rims and tires, i cant budget new tries and rims yet.

Thanks

well its cheaper to lower the back end .. then it is to raise the front end properly ... shackles = 50 , lower control arms .. 250 (less you go with those spacer things instead, but not sure how sturdy or safe they are)

I had a price of $300 to raise the front end up professionally, i have shackles on hand to drop the rear. I am undecided on which way to go, I am leaning on raising the front end and deal with the weird tire size if it looks off. I can alwasy get more rubber on the stock rims I guess or find some 20s

depending on how they lift the front you might be looking at camber issues whereas dropping the rear with some shackles has no negative results and is probably a hair cheaper specially if you already have parts on hand

Coil Spacers are supposed to be exactly the same ride as stock, And if your worried about it looking goofy, look at the back tires and the space there, it should be the same once its leveled as the front...

I have an 07' Sierra denali too, and I was also thinking the same... (up on the front or down on the rear). I decided to go with "down on the rear" because... as WayFastWhitey967 stated, lifting the front with coil springs may affect your camber settings. If you go with raised spindles it shouldn't affect your alignment specs but i'm sure those will run you a few more $'s than coil springs. Dropping the rear really has no negative affect on any of the trucks alignment specs and is cheaper to do. Besides, i'm putting on some 22" wheels & tires this weekend and I think my truck will look nicer lower than higher with the "Lo Pro" style wheels. Plus I really have no need for the extra ride hight in the rear. It just makes getting my Quad in and out of the bed of my truck a little harder but it is all up to how you want your truck to look. I'll post some picks after the wheels and then after the lowering.

What lowering kit do you go with on the rear and how much $$?

I'm lifting mine, 3" lift spindles up front

Should be enough to fit 33" tires in there. But thats the look I'm after. Its like devil said, its all in what you want, and what you use your truck for.
