For All Those Considering Ls6 Intake Swap

Using a LS6 intake from a car that weighs 3000lb on a truck (brick) that weighs 5500+ lbs is only going to raise the bottom end torque and hurt driavibility. NO dont use it.

Are you saying that this swap will increase the amount of low end torque or the location of it in the rpm range?

Nevermind I read the linked thread. I suppose if somebody was more interested in a street/strip truck that sees a lot og higher rpm useage it could be beneficial, but I agree that a working truck would not benefit from this.

Wrong. Its working extremely well for the few guys that are using it with supporting mods. There are even guys using the LS2 SSR intake and 90mm TB and gained good power with it. Go look on PT.net.
