Denali: Factory Cd Changer Wont Turn On!?

Help!!!

 

hey guys, I recently bought a Denali, and the factory changer won't turn on... the lights don't light up, etc. I never really tried using it until tonight, when I was planning on wiring my mp3 player up through the harness on the back of the remote 6 disc changer.

 

It's the bose system, with single cd, tape, xm on the double din head unit, and the single din cd changer in the lower console.
