Oru Leveling Kits

Hey guys,

 

I have a 05 Silverado Z71 and was considering a leveling kit. I know this topic has been brought up before, but wasn't sure if the kit made by Off-road Unlimited had been mentioned. The kit comes with the following:

 

2 new cogs (torsion keys)

4 new ORU shocks

2 new front bump stops

 

Price for the kit is around $430 I believe. Has anyone installed one of these on their truck and is it worth the money? I would love to level the truck out, but I want to make sure I do it the proper way. This sounds like just the thing I was looking for but just wanted to get some others' opinions.

I just checked the website again, looks like the kit that comes with the two new bump stops is for only the 1500/2500 HD Silverado's, although I imagine you could talk them in to getting some with the non-HD leveling kit if desired. I think if I ordered the kit I would try to get the bump stops as well. I like doing a job the right way and not cutting corners. I'd like to keep as much stress off the front end as possible.
