I sure hope that's a 2500HD. 40s on half ton (or 3/4 ton) IFS is an accident waiting to happen.

Not a HD. The hood sits a little higher on the HDs plus the trim on the door says "Silverado" and not "2500HD".

Not much on nosebleed lifts myself. It makes the wheelwells look really out of proportion IMO. And...Once you get the center of gravity above a certain point it just isn't going to work well offroad. It will wear out components not designed for the angles run even with the replacement crossovers and brackets. Most big lifts are for street show anyway.

Good looking truck, I like the white and black combo. I hope the owner upgraded the brakes as well as the suspension or else they are going to be doing this trying to stop.

Well, certainly an eye-catcher (how could you miss that thing). Never been a big fan of the lifts on trucks, guess it's because I'd never take a truck out for serious off-roading. That task is better left to something lighter and with a shorter wheel base (jeep baby ). A truck is meant to tow your rig, not be the rig

I do like those wheels though.

Trucks with big lifts are for morons.

On another forum, a few years ago, a guy had a Ford pickup with a big lift. He went down a 6-inch curb on the side of a street, and it tipped his truck over and totalled it.
