Hey all!

Heres my bullet. I traded my 99 Burban two years ago for my wifes new Highlander, her turn for a new ride and we only want one car paymment at a time, At the same time I changed jobs with a 40 mile commute one way so I got an 02 neon to beat on for DD.

Well it only took me 2 years (trying lol ) to smoke the tranny.

So After a week of looking I landed my (new to me) 2003 Sierra 2500HD 8.1L. only 36,678 miles on the clock! and its mint, who ever owned it before took EXCELLENT care of it for sure, Heck the hitch has never even been used.

HOLY CRAP does it feel good to be back in a truck!! I don't have much of a drive to work so milage really isn't that big a deal fortunatly.

Just got her home Tuesday so haven't had the time to get any really good pics but here she is.

My main reason, other than the tranny issue and really hating that car and wanting a truck again is cause I drag race bikes for a hobby.Need a tow vehicle for the soon to come race trailer.

My 06 Busa is comming along nicely and will be gettin a 40 shot of No2 this winter which should get her in to low 9's and possibly high 8's once I learn how to ride it lol

Welcome.

Nice find on the truck. The 8.1 is a great engine, my dad has had 2 of them and never had a problem. Plus they are a monster when it comes to towing.
