Nope, not for me, just make sure to clean that sucker with alot of rubbing alcohol and static free cloth or shop rag and after installation, I didnt drop my windows for a week (let it bake in the hot Texas sun)

Yep stickon (and wedged where it meets the mirror housing for better seal and towards the other end as well, I went with Auto Vent Shade.

I used Auto-Vent-Shade visors, they fit and look good but make a lot more wind noise. I was dissapointed in the increased noise.
