Oscillating Dash Lights

Dear Mr. Mechanic & Knower of all thinigs GM, Adviser,

I have 3 symptoms possibly of the same fault which I ask the seasoned advice of this forum to help me solve.

 

1. The longest standing symptom - radio, and heater control and indicator lamps have been dying over the last year or so.

 

2. Odometer led and the radio led (the 2 most noticeable) oscillate.

 

3. Whining noise coming from the speakers even when the radio is turned off. Noise Increases with an increase in engine RPM.

 

 

Any advise to solve my issues would be appreciated.

You have a big time electrical leak/short, get checked.
