Anyone have these tires? Like'em? Hate'em?

I have found these to be really nice tires. Very smooth and impact absorbing. I have only had them for about 6000 miles though. One thing I like about them is that they are great road tires but that also have that Mountain-Snowflake symbol which means they are actually good in the snow (unlike M+S which doesn't mean a d**n thing). I would recommend them. They are Goodyear's top of the line tire.

My cousin just put a set on his '04 Z71,Size P265/70R17,He's only had them for 1,000 miles but he said they are like night and day compared to the POS Bridgestone's he took off.

He said they are super quiet and smooth.

I wanted those tires to replace my amertrac generals but I read some bad reviews on it and I have been on the fence as to whether or not I am going to get them, Jeremy have you had any problem (road noise, vibration, bad traction, bad anything) with these tires?

I only have 7000 miles on them so I might not be a good judge, but I honestly have been happy with them. I think they are quite smooth going down the road. Also, like I said on a previous post, if you go to a Gemini dealer and balk at the high price of these tires you can probably get a discount. I went and paid 153 a piece for mine after I told them how much better the online price was and that I was going to buy through tirerack.com. They matched tr's price to within 5 bucks (and that was before shipping, so I came out ahead). Like I said, I have been nothing but pleased with mine. I'm looking forward to driving them in the snow to see what happens.

I put this tire on my wifes Jetta. Assurance tripletred. She loves them and wouldn't get any other tire for her car. I bet it is even better on a truck!!

I have them on our 1998 Buick. They are an awesome tire. Night and day difference compared to a regular M+S tire.. To date I have about 12,000 miles on them and they are wearing very nicely... The only complaint I have about them is that we lost about 2 mpg when we switched over to this tire.. Went from 26 mpg to 24 mpg.. Small price to pay for the added safety of the tire though.
