Speed Limit

I hav just buy a Silverado form 2007, and found out of that it have a speed limit at 150 km/h.

 

Is there a possibility to change or remove that ?

Not sure about the 2007, but for earlier models you would have to get it 'turned'. I'm sure the 2007 is no different.

My truck is limited to 170kms, I didn't bother to have the speed limiter removed when I had it tuned since I really don't want to go over 170kms in a 5500lb truck.

However, 150 is a little rediculous. At least if you live in Ontario, they can't pull you over for racing. ;)
