Well

I took my truck to Chevrolet dealer in my area adn they scanned the Computer. Replaced the front left O2 sencer adn recalibrated teh other 3 sencers as per GM update. Cost $436.90 Total. 1 Hrs diagnostic $75 O2 Senser $214 1 Hr to instale dn calibrate $75 plus taxes to the man. Truck is working fine so far no I will change oil incase gas washed into the cylinders. Hope this help any one else.

my 04 does the same thing w/ 44K miles....no codes though

I would check the rails and connections.

To help prevent future oxygen SENSOR contamination, avoid no name brand cheap gas. Stay with name brand stations. I would try to avoid all gas containing ethanol, even less than 10% if you can. Ethanol contaminates oxygen sensors, unless they are specifically designed for it.
