Damage From Misfire?

I changed the plugs in my 5.3 yesterday, and it had a noticable miss after that. I had no choice but to drive it today. I have driven about 100 miles since the plug change. About the last 10 miles today, it got worse. Before it was only slight at idle and WOT. Now it is very noticable at idle and sluggish when I take off. What would have caused it to get worse?

I have no Check Engine Light, but I got it scanned and it threw a P0300, random misfire. I put in Autolite Platinums yesterday, but I picked up a set of NGK TR55's today to try.

i had problems with spark plugs too, but i just went back to the factory acdelco iridium with acdelco wires, and truck worked better than ever, if i were you i would go back to the factory style plugs and wires, they do sell them at oreillys or autozone, they a bit priced but get the job done better than others

I just did. I am now running the NGK TR55's and it is purring like a kitten. It hasn't idled this smoothly in years. Seems like all is well. I guess it just didn't like the Autolites for some reason.
