Thought about buying a set and having them Line-Xed to match the bed liner.

Nah, I'd just get a set of pop-up tiedowns...Only like 25 bucks at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

I got the GM Accessories chrome tie downs. For $50.00 they look good and fill the holes nice and the hook folds down so when not in use they sit flush on the bed rail. Also they have the GM Accessories logo on them that looks nice.

I have exact ones in my 03 under my toneau rails. They work good to keep water out, since toneau rails only cover half the hole. This seller also has rear frame hole plugs that I have used.

I have them from this seller and they dont sit flush on the rail. Maybe its just my set? I figured for that price they probably wouldnt be perfect.
