1993 5.7 Tbi Rough Idle

1993 k1500 5.7 tbi, 160,000 miles. At idle in drive or park, especially when warm, the engine seems to tremble too much and every few seconds i feel a definite miss, worse at times more than others. I bought the truck used, and has always had issue for me. Problem only at low rpm. Never feel a thing any other time. Trying to resolve this, i have replaced cap, rotor, dist. shaft, pickup coil, plugs, wires all with gm or delco parts. I have also tried another ignition module and coil, not new though. I thought i had fixed it when i replaced the shaft and pickup coil, it seemed to be alot better for a few days, but came back. I also have replaced the intake gaskets for an oil leak, and cleaned the throttle body and installed a new base gasket. very aggrivating. please help
