Nbs 2007 Silverado, Clunk, Surge, Feels Like I Was Hit!

After i come to a stop, about 15-20 seconds later while waiting to go my truck bumps forward, feels like bumped me from behind. Any of you feel this?

I felt it in my GMT-800, can't remeber if I've felt it in my 900. If I have it was right after I got it, for what it's worth I've felt it in a 400 too.

What you feel is the trans down shiffing from 2nd to 1st. I get that mostly when the truck is cold.

I don't think its the transmission feels more like the suspension unloading.
