What's The Best Cai Fr A Nbs 5.3

I know there are a few CAI's out there on the market. Is there one that stands out as being better than the rest

 

How muck do these help as far as power?

I went with this http://www.trueflow.com/xdi.php. True Flow XDI CAI.

 

It wont effect your gas mileage like mentioned above and if you have done your exhaust already it will sound meaner. At least it did on mine. I noticed the difference immediatley. Unlike the the K&N FIPK I had on my 04 sierra.

Sounds and looks cool, don't expect much noticeable power gain though. Maybe at high RPMs? Maybe.

Probably because of your exhaust mods and your tune. My truck is all stock except for the GMPP CAI and my soon-to-arrive Nelson Tune.

i got the airraid cai and since i have exhaust done i could notice a bit better throttle response. not much for power but it sounds a bit meaner. i like it anyways.

There's a guy on denalitrucks.com who is testing all of the major ones and so far he has really liked the Outlaw cai. He dropped noticeable mpg's when he went back to his stock airbox.
