Cold Air Tuner Combo

Heys guys did a post here a few days ago about levelin my 08 swb silverado. Did that this weekend and it went well. I put 20's on my truck a few days after I go it and I really noticed a difference in performance over my 17in stockers. That rotating weigh is a ___tch . So I am looking for a good cold air/tuner set up to get a little power back that my new wheels are robbin from me. What is working good on these motors (5.3)How much can i expect to gain from minor mods like these? I already have 3.73's so really cant do anything there. Sure would be nice if somebody out there made alumium driveshafts for these trucks.
