Front Leveling Kit

really want to level up the front of my truck

 

anyone know of the best product to this?

Do a search for "leveling kit" and you'll get a tonnnnnn of results. I personally went with a Rough Country 2" leveling kit, but there's many good ones out there.

It kinds of depends on where you want to install it. If your doing the install yourself I think that roughcountry is the fastast, and probably cheapest one out there. Good results too, althought my truck is not perfectly level, its way better than it was. I'd vote roughcountry for the price and ease of installation.

+1 for the rough country.. I love it... You never want your truck perfectly level unless your not going to haul heavy loads. Your headlights will be pointed at the moon like the bat signal.

07-08 GMT- 900's don't have torsion bars....its a strut type set up now. Just spacers. The rough country spacers go below your shock. Quite a nice setup.

yeah i think i found it its basically a black spacer that raises the piont where your strut assembbely bolts on too

 

can it be put on with a floor jack in the drive way?

Yea it sure can, just make sure its on a couple jackstands and your good to go.

disconnect the stab bar and the upper ball joints ( FYI : the upper ball joint has an internal Hex )

and support the the knuckle and lower ball joints so that the brake lines dont get stretched out !!!

Readylift makes a Top Spacer mount that doesnt require cutting of the upper strut studs ..
