Floor Mats

I am looking to upgrade my stock floor mats in my 2002 GMC Sierra, the ones in there are ok but show signs of wear, can anyone suggest what kind to buy that are meant for my truck not ones that are universal for all cars or what have you, looking for something to protect my carpet and such from getting wet all the time from the snow and water accumilation, also what color should I get for the floor mat, my carpeting is black which is awsome but my interior is gray, also should I get single mats or one big mat that goes across the entire front of the truck ? Just looking for what others have and prefer and what has worked best for others, prices are also helpful as I usually buy all my stuff at StylinConcepts.com

Some might recommend Husky Liners or Weathertech mats. Both of these basically fill up the floor area on the driver and passenger sides and provide a place to hold water/snow due to the high edges they have on them.

I Upgraded my 02 mats to the 2003 gm mats. they were much better quailty and fit real nice

I'd go with the Husky Floor Liners. Thats what i have in my truck. They hold liquid, dirt, mud, you name it and its got ya covered. They look great too.

Another option is Catch-All. They make great mats for our trucks. They are carpeted on the face but have the high lip around the edge to catch whatever you throw at thrm. You can blast them at the car wash and they come out like new. I've been super happy with mine.

I have the Husky Liner Floor mats in both of my trucks. Best mats I have ever bought. I bought my dad a set for his Silverado HD last year and he also likes them really well. The do not slide around, are made to fit just for your truck, and protect the carpet really well. They are also easy to clean. I just take them out and use soap and water with an older wash mit and then let them dry out in the sun.

Weathertech are GREAT in the NBS Crew. Super protection front and rear. I assume that they make them for your 2002, and I would highly recommend. They are not real thick (i.e. - heavy) which makes them super easy to get in and out for cleaning. Just did mine this AM - before the next big da## storm - and they clean up great.

I just bought my NBS Crew last month and I looked at WeatherTech, Husky, and Catch-All floor liners. I went with WeatherTech floor liners and have been very pleased with their fit and performance.

I got the gm carpeted molded mats but about two weeks later ordered the weathertech from cabela's.....the say cabelas on them but they are made by weathertech ....you can rinse the carpeted ones off when they get muddy.....just hate waiting for them to dry out before putting them back in the truck. The weathertech are easy to dry off and the way the lip goes downwards out the front doors a lot of the dirt just blows out that way We have the husky liners on our Tahoe and they are nice but tend to fold over on the sides.

lots of choices when it comes to floor mats. They come in various designs and colors to match different interior styling concepts. It would really depends on what kind you want to have + $$$ you wanna spend. just look around some truck parts stores, I'm sure you'll find one. I had a WeatherTech and so far I love it. Looks good and easy to clean too.

I also really like my Weathertech floor liners. Had 'em for quite awhile now. They fit well enough and provide excellent "all weather" protection. But recently I started to miss the look and feel of carpet. And given that the most "all weather" these mats see is some dirt, gravel, and grass, I thought I'd try something new.

 

Did quite a bit of searching, and found some Nifty Catch-All floor mats for the YD. Ordered the front, 2nd row, and rear cargo as a set today. Should be here by Weds or so. We'll see how they work! I'll take the usual pics... since it was darn near impossible to find descent pics of the catch-all's when I looked around yesterday.
