Weather Tech No Drill Molded Mud Flaps

How do they mount? I understand that you turn the little knob, but how exactly does it work? As for how good they are, I would imagine they would do the same job as any other plastic splashguard. As long as you keep it on pavement most of the time, they should hold up well.

I think that the tab hooks in behind the lip of the fender. On another website I had seen a picture of one that had two twist tabs on it.

I just bought these and installed them today. The rear flaps went on just fine. There are two twist knobs that latch behind the fender. They seem to work well. The front flaps were a pain in the butt. The holes did not match up right with the screws I took out of the splash guard. The flap mold was just a little bit off. I forced them on, so there is a small gap between the fender and the flap. They look alright so I'll probably just leave them on.

Has anyone tried the weather tech no drill molded mud flaps? I just came across them and wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with them. I like the idea of the way they mount.

Here is a link.

I had some concern about the backs too, but they definitely won't be coming off easily. I pulled and pushed on them after putting them on and they're pretty secure. The front ones will never come off. I'll try and get some pics later.

They look like they would fall off too easily.

I would just use some on the rear anyway, fronts don't look right.

If it were about appearances, I wouldn't put any flaps on. They are there to protect from paint chips, and the front is even more critical than the rear.

anyone else have these with the rear inner fenders? do they interfere? i was thinking of getting these just because of the no drill or the huskys.

Just get the factory ones at gm direct and put them on. They fit right and and should only take about 30 min to put on.
